Conduct regular scheduled advertising/budget meetings with owners and/or advertising personnel to evaluate previous month’s and YTD sales performance.
Coordinate all new production including; creative concepts, script writing, voice-over talent and alignment of personnel & location shoots. Including coop approval for scripts & video for all selected media distribution.
Regulate and implement ‘fresh content’ for all social media.
Structure planning of periodic, seasonal, on-site and off-site promotional events.
Schedule and attend regular (typically monthly) meetings with all local media reps. Including; broadcast TV stations, radio groups, cable TV, local newspaper, digital online product reps and other relevant media representation to evaluate proposals, new promotional offers and special opportunities on the partner’s behalf.
Verify all media purchases and affidavits of performance for accuracy.
Monitor and evaluate competitor behaviors & trends within the partner’s industry.
Field Production: Three Panasonic HPX500 cameras, wide angle lenses, LED light kit, dolly, 12’ jib, teleprompter and various microphones. GoPro camera with a variety of mounting accessories. Sony DSLR 4k camera with accessories
Editing: Adobe Premiere/After Effects/Photoshop on the Macintosh platform. File conversion to other codecs such as Avid or iPhone available
Studio: green screen and sound recording booth
Field Production & Editing: $100/hour
Extras: Professional voiceovers or talent are separate costs
Sound Booth: Audio-only record $50/hour
Digital Uploads: $10/spot. Longer videos per quote
Term and Conditions: High Performance Advertising will keep video archived for one year after production date unless other arrangements have been made.
